When the only thing we want to do this summer is lay around in an air-conditioned room eating our favourite ice cream and watching Netflix, how can other people expect us to get up and get some work done? because as soon as we walk out of our room, you’ve lit yourself on fire. It’s quite hot outside. But it’s OK. In this article, we will discuss easy steps for skincare routine that will help you get flawless skin in a few steps.
The sun’s UV radiation is one of the primary environmental factors that contribute to skin aging, wrinkles, dark spots, dryness, aches and pains, and so on.In fact, it is estimated that the sun is responsible for 90% of skin aging!
The more you expose your skin to the sun’s rays, the stronger the reaction. As a consequence of this, I’ve prepared a simple summer skincare routine. Because it will save you time, effort, and money and will make your skin look radiant.

steps for skincare routine
Routine #1: Cleanser
Face cleansing is the first step in any skin care routine since it eliminates dirt and excess oil that may clog pores and make skin appear dull. But be gentle.
This step should be done right away in the morning so that your skin is ready to absorb the active ingredients in your other products.
The best cleanser for you will depend on the type of skin you have. It’s very important to pay attention to what’s in your cleanser and what’s not. Keeping away from sulphates, which can be harsh and dry out your skin, and doing things that work for you.
If you wear makeup, you might need to wash your face twice at night. Use cleansing oil or micellar water to wash your face first. After that, gently clean your whole face.
Routine #2: Moisturiser
Next, use a facial moisturiser to keep your skin supple, moisturised, and its barrier strengthened.
If you have oily or acne-prone skin, try a lighter moisturiser throughout the day, such as a lotion or gel that absorbs easily.
Use something thicker, like a cream, if your skin is dry.
Routine #3: Apply sunscreen
Sunscreen isn’t something you only wear while you’re at the beach in the summer heat. Instead, even in the winter or on cloudy days, it should be just as much a part of your daily routine as brushing your teeth.
Skin cancer is the most common disease caused by sun exposure in adults, and by the age of seventy, one in five
Apply a broad-spectrum sunscreen with at least an SPF of 30 to your skin every day to keep it looking as youthful as possible (a moisturiser with SPF counts if you’re simply going to the workplace or the store). Your hands, neck, face, and eyelids should all be covered.
Even if applying sunscreen in the morning is wonderful, your day is not yet over. You must reapply this powerful anti-aging protection every two hours. Because sunscreen easily goes off and is broken down by the sun, you should reapply it at least every two hours.
Routine #4: Lip Balm
Extreme weather, like summer, can irritate your lips and make them dry, crack, and become chapped.
One easy way to avoid this is to use lip balm 24/7 to keep your lips nourished and moist.
Because the skin of your lips is more delicate than the rest of your body, it needs an extra layer of protection to avoid harm.
Look for a lip balm that will also protect your lips from sun damage and discoloration.
